The Snell family has been farming in Somerset for seven generations, nurturing a deep-rooted passion for agriculture. Over the years, each generation has contributed to the growth and diversification of the farm.

We take particular pride in our grass-fed Longhorn cross herd, renowned for producing incredibly flavoursome and naturally lean meat.

At The Trough, we promise to bring you delicious homemade dishes and freshly baked cakes. With our new bakery up and running, we now offer stone-baked pizzas, flatbreads and fresh bread made daily.
