​By making a reservation at The Trough, you agree to the following terms:

Card Authorisation

​

All bookings (including restaurant, café dining, and afternoon teas) require valid credit or debit card details to secure the reservation. Card details are securely processed and held via Stripe.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​

Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours): £10 per person

• No-shows: £10 per person

These charges will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.

Arrival Time & Table Holding

​

Guests must arrive on time for their reservation.

If you are running late, you must notify us. If we have not heard from you within 10 minutes of your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and apply the £10 per person no-show charge.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings in line with these terms. For larger groups, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
